Any Advertiser must be connected to the Personal Account for deposit and or manage its ads. Ad first deposit automatically entails the establishment of a Personal Account to the Advertiser.

Personal Account: refers to the free space than any Advertiser must create and which it should connect from the Website to disseminate, manage and view its ads.

OBSZONE: means the company that publishes and operates the Website and Mobile Site OBSZONE.COM. The abbreviation of OBSZONE is “Online Buy Sell Zone”.

Termination: Means restricted/remove/terminate your access and use of the Site, Service or your participation in it thereof, for any reason or no reason and that none of the Obszone.com.

2. YOU HEREBY AGREE AND RESPONSIBLE NOT TO POST, DEMONSTRATE, OFFER TO SELL, EMAIL, OR OTHERWISE MAKE AVAILABLE CONTENT:

Post or advertisement with generic content or content generated by any tool/software. You must use areal short description about your products and or services.
Use same description/content for each post or use the same content for every post
Add any outbound links or affiliate links to other websites except OBSZONE.
Publish and content/post/images/words/links which not safe for children or families. We are very determined to make a safe and green web service to all of our users. So, be careful about the issues.

4. You are hereby responsible to verify the authentication or ownership related documents or clearance of the content that shall be purchased by you from the seller. OBSZONE.COM shall not be liable to provide any information of the content and shall not be liable to verify the authentication or confirm the ownership of the content in any manner.

REFUND POLICY:

At present all of our payments and premium ads fees are not-refundable & Not Exchangeable. But you can cancel your premium ads before paying throughout offline payment. If you don't pay your premium ads fee with any of our payment systems it will not be considered as or display as premium ads. All fees paid will be non-refundable in the event that Content is removed from the website for violating the User Agreement.
